This home sits on a stunning property at the end of Union Street which overlooks San Francisco bay.  James Pinnella was project architect for this project that occupies three row house lots in which the middle lot contains an underground living space that connects the new addition to the existing 1850 era home on the far lot.  Above the middle lot a neighborhood garden was re-built concealing the space below. Custom Glass was set into the courtyard/garden to bring daylight to the below ground spaces.  An amazing project that involved heavy excavation and site stabilization.
