James was project architect providing construction/permit documents for this 11,000 square foot North Scottsdale estate while employed at Peterson Architecture and Associates (PHX).  The client was a retired major league baseball player and wanted a home he could entertain in and raise a growing family. The home features a linear design which aligns with nearby mountain views, large covered patios, game room, theater room, bell tower and personal golf amenities.
