Our clients for this project on a large horse property in South Tempe wanted an entertaining home.  The current 1970's Ranch style home did function well for their needs.  PINNELLA I KAHNG  re-scaled the home turning it into a two story volume to fit the lot better.  The owners were also looking for a different looking home so the Ranch style home was re-designed to become a Santa Barbara style home.  We also re-organized the spaces to function with the owners current needs.  A large covered patio was added with B.B.Q. and large french doors to open the homes entertaining areas to the large rear yard and pool.
