A mid-century Al Beadle residence was completely renovated inside and out and a detached pool house along with 50' long pool added to the site.  A new covered patio featuring exposed steel columns and beams was added along with full height windows and doors to open the home to the new site features. An existing patio was renovated to become a dining patio and includes a built-in B.B.Q., raised deck and fire feature.  The home was featured on the cover of the Home Section of The Phoenix Republic and was included in the 2017 Phoenix Modern Home Tour.
