CALLE DEL NORTE RESIDENCE

James Pinnella provided full design and construction documents for this renovation project in the Arcadia area of Phoenix while employed as Project Director at Candelaria Design Associates.  An existing mid-century ranch home was enlarged and renovated and the homes style changed to French Country.  The home had a second floor added with dormer windows to capture the views of nearby Camelback Mountain.
